Properties for sale in La Violeta are also available under instalment plans spanning several years. The developer offers a payment schedule, according to which the down payment equals 10% of the total value, 40% is paid in instalments during the construction, and 50%, after completion.
Overseas buyers of homes in the new community are eligible for a two-year UAE residence visa that can be extended multiple times if the owner retains the title to their property.
